We value your service to our community. That’s why we offer a program that provides a credit rebate to all first responders when they buy or sell a home. We believe you should be appreciated year-round. When you buy or sell through Black Marlin Coastal Properties, you will receive a credit rebate based on the actual sales price, at the time of closing.
For example, if you purchase a $500,000 home and the commission earned by the agent representing you is $15,000, then you will receive a $3,000 credit at settlement. There is no dollar limit on your credit.
